"How can I track the status of my order?"
When you placed your order, you received a confirmation email containing your order number and a link to your order status tracking page. That page will have the latest and most update to date information on the status of your order.
"My order isn't going to arrive on time, can I cancel?"
Unfortunately, if your order is already in transit, we are unable to recall it for a cancellation. Please see below for instructions on our easy one step returns and exchanges process. If your order hasn't shipped, we will cancel for you, hang tight and an agent will be with you shortly.
"It has been 'X' days and my order hasn't moved, when can I expect an update?"
Typically, we expect to see movement from the shipping carrier within 1 - 3 days from the time the shipment leaves our facility. However, due to holiday backlogs at all major shipping companies, we have noticed that this can take a couple days longer. We do our best to make sure your order leaves our facility in a timely manner to reduce the shipping timeframe as much as possible.
Discount Codes
"How do your discount codes work?"
All discount codes can be entered at checkout. Make sure you meet the minimum requirements for the code (specified when you received the code) before entering the code. In the case of 'Buy X, Get Y' make sure you have both 'X' and 'Y' in your cart.
"Where is the discount code box?"
All discounts can be applied after checkout. If you are on mobile, the discount code is in the gray box at the top labeled 'show order summary'. Click on the box and it will drop down the location for your code. If you are on desktop, you can enter the code on the right-hand side of the screen.

"What materials are used in your products?"
The materials vary by sock type but each is listed on the product page under the product description.
Returns & Exchanges
"What is your return policy?'"

"Do you offer a military discount?"
We don’t offer a military specific discount, but we regularly run specials and promotions. Sign up for our email lists to stay in the know.
"What dyes and chemicals are used in your products?"
The dyes we use are all certified by OEKOTEX 100 Standard, as per the attached certificate. These are acid dye stuff and/or metallic complex depending on the color tone.
"What's the difference between the hiking and standard crew socks?"

We have a comfort guarantee, if you don’t like your Pacas, for any reason, returns are on us within 30 days of delivery.
