Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may exchange or return any unworn Pacas Socks you have purchased through our website for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account
    • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to return. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you wish to return.
  3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  4. Click "Request return".

After the product is returned, you receive a refund. For the most expedited exchanges, we recommend submiting a return and placing an additional order for the desired product.

Please note: the customer is responsible for providing and paying for the return label. Only unworn items in their original packaging will be accepted for return. Do not return any worn items, they will be disposed of without a refund provided

Complaint Policy

In the event that you receive a delivery containing damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact us here and we will do everything in our power to correct the mistake. When messaging us, please be sure to include your order confirmation number, the email address you used to place the order, and the issues you encountered.
